Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to understand and follow safety and storage procedures
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work full-time
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Experience in inventory management or logistics is a plus
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Understand that our guest is our number 1 priority
- Check delivered product for quality and quantity to verify receipt of items on invoice
- Confirm that all frozen or refrigerated goods are within HACCP standards
- Determine method of storage, identification, and stock location considering temperature, humidity, height, and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space and other proper storage procedures
- Load/unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
- Make timely deliveries to operating restaurants throughout the property and on schedule
- Conduct inventory
- Compile reports
- Shipping and receiving
- Pick and pack all orders
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and storage areas and remove refuse
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, where applicable
- Transport unused product for disposal and soiled service-ware to the kitchen and/or production area for cleaning
- Assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor/Manager on duty
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
