Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to understand and follow safety and storage procedures
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
  • Good communication skills
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in inventory management or logistics is a plus
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Understand that our guest is our number 1 priority
  • Check delivered product for quality and quantity to verify receipt of items on invoice
  • Confirm that all frozen or refrigerated goods are within HACCP standards
  • Determine method of storage, identification, and stock location considering temperature, humidity, height, and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space and other proper storage procedures
  • Load/unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
  • Make timely deliveries to operating restaurants throughout the property and on schedule
  • Conduct inventory
  • Compile reports
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Pick and pack all orders
  • Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and storage areas and remove refuse
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment, where applicable
  • Transport unused product for disposal and soiled service-ware to the kitchen and/or production area for cleaning
  • Assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor/Manager on duty
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
