Job Requirements

Willing to stand on feet for extended periods
able to lift 50 pounds or more
experience with cleaning products and floor equipment
ability to work independently and on a team
strong report writing and verbal communication skills
high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Collecting and removing trash for medical site
vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
stripping, buffing, and waxing floors
dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture
scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
emptying trash cans and washing and drying windows
requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and repairs
assisting building management with projects and other duties as requested
