Job Requirements

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work full-time
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pass background check
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Self-starter with good work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to operate a vehicle safely with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Experience in landscaping, janitorial, or general labor is a plus but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Good communication skills
Commitment to safety protocols

Job Duties

Picking up litter
Wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches, etc.
Changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
Cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
Performing other building maintenance work as needed
Driving a company pickup truck to and from jobsites
Working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds occasionally
