Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to understand and perform basic on-site software functions
- basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
- physical ability to safely lift and move objects over 100 pounds
- capability to work in various weather conditions
- willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- strong work ethic and attention to safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- basic computer skills required
- must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- must have basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
- experience in property maintenance preferred but not mandatory
- strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- regular daily onsite attendance is required
- responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas
- respond to resident and management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed timely
- inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions
- assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program
- understand and follow Asset key policy
- maintain a well-organized and stocked maintenance shop adhering to safety standards
- assist Maintenance Supervisor in hazard communications program and promote safe work practices
- participate in unit inspections as requested
- report observed violations of community rules to Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager
- utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically
- perform additional tasks requested by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
- participate in on-call emergency response
- manage excellent customer service and monitor service request responsiveness
- project a favorable image of the community
- ensure consistency in dealing with residents
- enforce community policies delegated by supervisor
