Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift heavy items safely
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
excellent teamwork and communication skills
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
previous experience in dishwashing or janitorial roles preferred but not required
focus on safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling procedures
willingness to support both kitchen and service teams with back-of-house operations

Job Duties

Operate the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and floors
remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner
complete deep cleaning tasks and other special projects as assigned by leadership
assist with basic food prep when needed, following food safety guidelines
ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly according to safety standards
