Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and community buildings
  • Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily
  • Assist in preparation of market ready units including trash removal prior to make-ready
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and perform assigned maintenance tasks timely
  • Assist in cleaning available apartments and/or models
  • Assist maintenance team with snow removal
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems
  • Report maintenance concerns for repairs
  • Meticulously maintain curb appeal
  • Assist management with various tasks
  • Uphold all company policies, goals and values
  • Represent community professionally on and off property
  • Deliver communication documentation to residents
  • Contribute to resident retention programs
  • Correct unsafe conditions timely
  • Learn and ensure compliance with safety rules
  • Immediately report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain Fair Housing certification
  • Stay neat, clean and professional
  • Operate vehicle with valid driver’s license
  • Pass drug test
  • Communicate effectively with residents, co-workers and management
  • Foster a team approach
