Job Requirements
- Fair Housing certification

Job Duties
- Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and community buildings
- Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily
- Assist in preparation of market ready units including trash removal prior to make-ready
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and perform assigned maintenance tasks timely
- Assist in cleaning available apartments and/or models
- Assist maintenance team with snow removal
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems
- Report maintenance concerns for repairs
- Meticulously maintain curb appeal
- Assist management with various tasks
- Uphold all company policies, goals and values
- Represent community professionally on and off property
- Deliver communication documentation to residents
- Contribute to resident retention programs
- Correct unsafe conditions timely
- Learn and ensure compliance with safety rules
- Immediately report unsafe conditions
- Maintain Fair Housing certification
- Stay neat, clean and professional
- Operate vehicle with valid driver’s license
- Pass drug test
- Communicate effectively with residents, co-workers and management
- Foster a team approach
