Job Requirements

at least 1 year experience as a building porter, cleaner, or groundskeeper
able to work emergency on-call rotation as needed
able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

perform upkeep and janitorial duties so that your property is always in great condition, demonstrating pride in your building and grounds
learn new skills and work closely with the maintenance team on small repairs and preventative activities
engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with building maintenance team
assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team
provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties
inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality
perform snow removal and/or landscaping as needed
maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition
communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed
support site and office operations as assigned by manager
