- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
- Ability to work standing for long periods

- Ability to work in small and confined spaces
- Finger dexterity for typing
- Willingness to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to speak English clearly

Job Duties
- Perform sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, and trash disposal
- Replace light bulbs and clean windows
- Inform Supervisor of needed supplies
- Maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA hazardous chemical standards
- Remove trash from premises and assist in emergency cleaning
- Utilize equipment properly following safety procedures
- Maintain friendly and professional attitude
- Manage sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas
- Inspect assigned areas daily and report discrepancies
- Adhere to security procedures at all times
- Follow safety precautions while performing work
- Maintain working relationships with building staff
- Furnish and burnish floors as required
- Complete daily work orders as scheduled
- Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition
- Clean restrooms, refilling dispensers and removing trash
- Respond to emergencies in a timely manner
- Climb ladders and work safely at heights as needed
