Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a cleaning, sanitation, or porter role preferred
- ability to read and understand written English instructions
- food handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
- adherence to workplace safety and health standards
- reliable transportation to Las Vegas location

- knowledge of safety pertaining to chemical use
Job Duties
- sets up and breaks down work stations including dish slides before and after shifts
- cleans and sanitizes all restaurant areas including front and back of house, dining room, bar, kitchen, and restrooms
- polishes all glass, metal, and shiny surfaces to a perfect shine
- collects wares and supplies found during cleaning and reports them to management
- cleans and sanitizes restaurant equipment such as ice machines, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, fryers, and dishwashers
- cleans and sanitizes glassware, flatware, plateware, kitchenware, and grill parts before, during, and after service
- sets up and breaks down all dining room grills including degreasing and polishing
- removes cracked or defective items from service and informs management
- ensures no watermarks, stains, lint, or debris remain on restaurant products
- polishes all metallic grill rims, equipment, and kitchen pots and pans
- sorts trash including compost, recycling, and garbage and disposes of properly
- maintains cleanliness and appearance of dish pit area at all times
- descales and cleans dishwashing equipment following manufacturer instructions
- uses cleaning chemicals as directed
- completes assigned side work related to dish pit
- trains new employees as assigned
- maintains restrooms during service including cleaning, drying surfaces, and restocking supplies
- assists other stations or areas as requested by management
