Job Requirements
- Six months or more of related customer service and/or facility services related experience
- floor care experience is a plus
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- good client/customer service skills
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- attention to detail
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in various physical positions including standing, sitting, walking, bending, and repetitive movement

Job Duties
- Patrols exterior grounds for litter
- sweeps walks and empties exterior trash as required
- maintains building lobbies and entrances including spot washing door glass and spot cleaning walls
- maintains rest rooms including rinsing sinks, drying counters, restocking supplies, spot mopping, and cleaning toilets
- maintains public corridors, stairways, and elevators in serviceable condition
- removes trash from lunchrooms and conference rooms
- completes additional tasks such as shoveling snow, applying deicer, furniture setups, re-lamping light fixtures, shredding, sorting, or bailing trash, and light landscaping
