Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Proficient in simple computer tasks
- One year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade
- Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry
- Ability to work a full shift on-site at the property
- Availability for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- Ensure completion of daily checklists
- Maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
- Maintain landscaping in good repair in between 3rd party service visits
- Clean and sweep swimming pools as required
- Arrange property furniture as directed
- Mop and vacuum daily in all areas required
- Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day
- Responsible for ensuring product presentation meet brand and company standards at all time
- Work a full shift / required work schedule on-site at the property
- Available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, including bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday
