Job Requirements

active driver license with a clean driving record
ability to work full-time outdoors in various weather conditions
willingness to undergo background check and pre-employment drug screen
self-starter with strong work ethic
ability to operate company vehicle safely
flexibility to perform tasks on ladders and roofs or near retention ponds
no prior experience required but janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
valid driver license with a clean driving record
ability to work independently and as part of a team
physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures is a plus
commitment to safety and following safety protocols

Job Duties

picking up litter
wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, and benches
changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
performing other building maintenance work as needed
driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
working occasionally on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds
