Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, insurance and car registration if driving for business purposes
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, climbing stairs, lifting heavy items
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to be on-call and report to property on short notice
- Ability to adhere to safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous property maintenance or related experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, repair, and cleaning techniques
Job Duties
- Adhere to MORGAN's Maintenance and Emergency Procedures manuals along with the Team Member Handbook
- Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and free of debris and that all external fixtures are clean and in working order
- Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner
- Inspect the property
- pick up trash and debris, and report all safety hazards or needed repairs to the Lead Maintenance
- Clean parking lot areas, garages, walkways, entryways and hallways
- Operate indoor floor scrubber machines when necessary
- Ensure model tour route is free of debris
