Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, insurance and car registration if driving for business purposes
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, climbing stairs, lifting heavy items
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to be on-call and report to property on short notice
  • Ability to adhere to safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous property maintenance or related experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping, repair, and cleaning techniques

Job Duties

  • Adhere to MORGAN's Maintenance and Emergency Procedures manuals along with the Team Member Handbook
  • Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and free of debris and that all external fixtures are clean and in working order
  • Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner
  • Inspect the property
  • pick up trash and debris, and report all safety hazards or needed repairs to the Lead Maintenance
  • Clean parking lot areas, garages, walkways, entryways and hallways
  • Operate indoor floor scrubber machines when necessary
  • Ensure model tour route is free of debris
