Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 100+ lbs
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours for emergencies
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use equipment safely

- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions

Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
- Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior community common areas
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program
- Teach and promote safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections and on-call emergency responses
- Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
- Enforce policies of the community as delegated by supervisor
