Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience as a porter or in building cleaning
Ability to lift heavy objects weighing 50 pounds or more
Availability to work varied shifts including weekends, overnight, and overtime
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform maintenance tasks
Physically able to perform manual labor tasks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
One year or more of porter experience or equivalent building cleaning experience
Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds or more
Availability to work weekends, overnight shifts, and overtime as needed

Job Duties

Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
Maintain exterior areas
Collect and sort trash
Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
Use machines to wax floors
Perform minor handy work including changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch-ups
