Job Duties

  • Provide top-notch customer service by moving cars efficiently, pulling up loan vehicles, and assisting customers
  • Transport guests to their destinations with a friendly attitude and helpful demeanor
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Follow the 10 foot rule: greet every customer within 10 feet and ensure they are assisted promptly
  • Be a proactive problem solver - ask yourself daily: if I were the customer, what would I want?
  • Manage vehicle flow to optimize service department operations
  • Support team members with various tasks as needed
