- Ability to communicate and comprehend in English
- Ability to use hand and power tools

Job Duties
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork
- Maintain safe, tidy, and sanitary common areas and clubhouses
- Remove trash, debris, and animal waste from property
- Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas and prepare for trash pick-up
- Maintain grass, landscaping, and water flowers
- Ensure apartments are clean and ready prior to new resident move-in
- Report apartment issues to supervisor and assist with turnovers
- Communicate with management about maintenance and curb appeal concerns
- Respond to emergencies according to policies
- Attend in-service training sessions and comply with procedures
- Contribute to resident satisfaction and participate in Cardinal U training
