Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
Availability to work evening and night shifts
Weekend availability
Physical ability to walk bend stand for periods of time and lift objects with assistance
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Proven success in school or previous job experience
Strong team player and multi-tasker

Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
Ability to perform physical activities required by the role

Job Duties

Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
Perform minor building maintenance as needed
Maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Provide excellent guest service by promptly addressing guest needs and concerns
