Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
0-2 years of experience
Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions
Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Dependable and punctual
Team player and self-starter
Ability to operate warehouse equipment
Availability to work part-time hours

Job Qualifications

Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
OSHA certification preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to operate warehouse equipment

Job Duties

Receive freight and stock freight
Pull and prepare furniture for delivery company
Prepare and unbox product to La-Z-Boy specifications
Review product against paperwork for accuracy
Assist in loading and unloading furniture and accessories
Operate power equipment occasionally
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Scan furniture and manage inventory in the computer system
Handle returned furniture and ensure proper packaging and documentation
