Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform continuous movement including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to operate motor vehicle onsite if applicable
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday with some overtime
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance or general maintenance/janitorial experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
Job Duties
- Maintain condition of exterior grounds and common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and gutters
- Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining pool and surrounding area
- Post notices to vacate and other community communications if applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
