Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial services preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
  • Ability to operate hand tools and cleaning equipment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday with some overtime if needed
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license if operation of motor vehicle onsite is required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance or landscaping is a plus
  • Experience in general maintenance or janitorial work preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is beneficial
  • Basic computer skills required to perform job functions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong commitment to customer service

Job Duties

  • Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and interior common areas
  • Assist with trash outs after move-outs
  • Maintain cleanliness of trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
  • Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding areas
  • Post notices to vacate and other community communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned
