Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
- Ability to operate hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday with some overtime if needed
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license if operation of motor vehicle onsite is required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance or landscaping is a plus
- Experience in general maintenance or janitorial work preferred
- Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is beneficial
- Basic computer skills required to perform job functions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong commitment to customer service
Job Duties
- Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and interior common areas
- Assist with trash outs after move-outs
- Maintain cleanliness of trash chute, trash compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
- Organize and clean work areas and maintenance shops
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding areas
- Post notices to vacate and other community communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
