Job Requirements
- High school or GED or trade school diploma
- one year of experience in lawn or grounds maintenance or equivalent education and experience
- efficient reading of instructions and documentation of labor and materials
- record of punctuality and dependability
- ability to work under pressure of deadlines
- schedule flexibility for after-hours and weekend emergencies
- possession of a valid driver's license
- ability to stand for eight hours or more per day
- ability to lift up to 100 lbs as necessary

Job Duties
- Maintain the physical condition of the property according to Scion Group's Standards, OSHA and industry standards
- perform physically demanding work to maintain the asset and other property features to minimize liability concerns
- remove trash and debris continuously from common areas
- sweep and clear curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairways on schedule
- maintain and repair loose stairwell treads
- replace exterior lighting bulbs and report inventory
- mow lawns, trim planting beds, rake and remove leaves and debris
- apply weed and feed, top seed, and water lawns as scheduled
- install seasonal plantings, shrubs, trees, decorative rocks, and water features
- trim and prune trees and shrubs
- maintain and repair irrigation systems and fountains
- clean pool and spa per manufacturer specifications
- perform routine maintenance on pool equipment
- understand emergency procedures including water and gas shutoff, sewer cleanouts, and fuse panels
- promote safety awareness to reduce property loss or injuries
- keep drainage grills clear
- pressure-wash sidewalks, buildings, and pool decks
- assist with snow removal as needed
- undertake required job-related training
- maintain required uniform and a professional appearance and attitude
