Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year related experience
  • ability to lift 80-100 pounds on a regular basis
  • ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
  • may require a valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Lift 80-100 pounds regularly
  • inspect property each morning and pick up trash
  • keep property, management office, and landscaping clean
  • keep mail rooms clean by picking up trash, sweeping floors, and removing dated notices
  • replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways
  • replace first floor window screens upon request
  • assist with apartment make-readies by trashing vacant units, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts
  • clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments
  • install, move, and hook up appliances
  • replace air filters as scheduled for occupied apartments
  • clean and maintain the pool area
  • perform light painting duties as directed
  • clean vacant apartments between residents
  • assist the Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested
