Job Duties
- Coordinate opening tasks with team members to ensure efficient restaurant preparation
- Complete scheduled maintenance of all restaurant equipment safely and accurately
- Provide superior maintenance of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- Maintain building and grounds appearance including landscaping and snow removal
- Manage food orders and rotate stock in the refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage areas
- Monitor shelf life and code dates on food items
- Maintain practical knowledge of restaurant equipment operation
- Perform scheduled maintenance of all restaurant equipment
