Job Requirements

None education level required
must be at least 16 years of age
ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
good communication skills
customer service experience preferred
ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
ability to lift up to 35 pounds
obtain food handler's permit within 30 days if required
willingness to work in varying conditions including loud auditoriums and dim lighting

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
positive and enthusiastic attitude
effective communication and interpersonal skills
strong organizational and time management abilities
ability to greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
ability to operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales
capability to prepare and serve concession items following food safety and quality standards
ability to maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas
ability to monitor auditorium conditions before, during, and after shows to ensure guest safety and comfort
ability to assist with ushering duties including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing theatre policies

Job Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times
respond promptly to guest requests
ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support
stay current on new releases and upcoming movies
communicate and coordinate as a team with colleagues
complete any other duties delegated or directed by supervisor
