Job Requirements

  • None education level required
  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • obtain food handler's permit within 30 days if required
  • willingness to work in varying conditions including loud auditoriums and dim lighting

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
  • demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and time management abilities
  • ability to greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • ability to operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales
  • capability to prepare and serve concession items following food safety and quality standards
  • ability to maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas
  • ability to monitor auditorium conditions before, during, and after shows to ensure guest safety and comfort
  • ability to assist with ushering duties including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing theatre policies

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
  • maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times
  • respond promptly to guest requests
  • ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support
  • stay current on new releases and upcoming movies
  • communicate and coordinate as a team with colleagues
  • complete any other duties delegated or directed by supervisor
