Job Requirements
- None education level required
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- obtain food handler's permit within 30 days if required
- willingness to work in varying conditions including loud auditoriums and dim lighting
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
- demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- ability to greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales
- capability to prepare and serve concession items following food safety and quality standards
- ability to maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas
- ability to monitor auditorium conditions before, during, and after shows to ensure guest safety and comfort
- ability to assist with ushering duties including ticket scanning, guiding guests to seats, and enforcing theatre policies
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
- maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times
- respond promptly to guest requests
- ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support
- stay current on new releases and upcoming movies
- communicate and coordinate as a team with colleagues
- complete any other duties delegated or directed by supervisor
