Job Duties
- Washes vehicle exterior and cleans interior and exterior windows
- vacuums vehicle interiors to remove dirt and debris
- cleans engine and engine compartment using steam cleaning and other methods
- inspects vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or torn upholstery
- applies tire dressing and maintains showroom and stock vehicles in a presentable condition
- operates tools and equipment safely
- parks vehicles according to company policies and assists sales and service staff with moving vehicles
- fuels vehicles and manages key tags and window stickers
- cleans customer lounge and coffee areas
- opens and closes the lot, ensuring the service drive remains clear and clean
- reports safety issues to management promptly
- empties garbage and maintains overall lot appearance
- drives vehicles for dealer swaps or to other vendors
- may provide customer transportation as needed
- completes additional tasks as directed by supervisors
