Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
- maintain vehicles in the showroom
- assist with vehicle inspections and regularly walk the lot to check for dents, dings, and cracked windshields
- inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking and report findings to management immediately
- receive vehicles from transportation company, process paperwork as needed, and tag and dongle keys
- ensure that each vehicle is inspected prior to delivery to customers
- constantly retrieve vehicles on the dealership lot
- assist with physical inventory
- drive dealership vehicles with great care and responsibility
- make sure electric vehicles have enough charge and gas vehicles have enough gasoline, adding more as needed
- check keys in and out of the appropriate key box machine
