Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality desirable
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- basic knowledge of beverage preparation for bartender/server roles
Job Duties
- Prepare food quickly, safely, and efficiently according to standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas
- serve guests with attention to service and hospitality
- share knowledge of menu items and beverages
- welcome and orient guests on arrival to the property
- provide beverages and ice cream service at golf counter
- greet and seat guests, assist with requests, coordinate restaurant flow
- support food and beverage area cleanliness
- uphold health, safety, and sanitation principles
- perform indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks
- maintain facility appearance and safety
