Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Relevant management experience as described based on recruitment type
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes and ServSafe certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proven ability to perform basic math functions
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and lead teams
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to a personal vehicle
- Physical ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer keyboard
- Integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to handle pressure and conflict management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruitment
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in basic math concepts
- Good organization and planning skills
- Self-starter with initiative
- Proficient with personal computers and software applications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented and adhered to
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- Manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest service
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints ensuring positive resolution
- Utilize management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Focus on increasing sales and profitability by executing the Service Profit Chain
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
- Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
