Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize all dishes trays pots pans and kitchen utensils using dishwashing machines or manual washing
  • keep dishwashing and kitchen areas neat and sanitary and wipe down counters sinks and workstations regularly
  • use cleaning chemicals properly follow safety protocols and uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • empty kitchen garbage bins clean trash cans and replace liners as needed
  • assist with light prep tasks and help restock supplies such as napkins trays and utensils
  • monitor dishwashing equipment report issues and ensure machines are stocked with soap and sanitizer
  • perform deep cleaning tasks at closing including mopping floors cleaning drains and wiping down walls and equipment
