Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent may be required
- ability to handle monetary transactions accurately
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- willingness to stand for long periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment
- capability to follow instructions and learn employer-specific procedures

Job Duties
- Greet all customers politely when they enter the restaurant
- record customer orders at the counter and drive-through where applicable
- transfer orders to the kitchen to ensure their preparation
- monitor orders and ensure their prompt delivery
- help package food in boxes and bags
- assist with cooking and kitchen tasks when necessary
- up-sell in-store promotions when applicable
- listen to and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries
- keep the counter and dining area neat and clean
- sweep and mop the floor regularly
- restock napkins, straws, lids, and other supplies in the dining area
- tally orders served and amount of cash received
- handle bank transactions for the restaurant
- inventory supplies and goods with supervising manager when necessary
- take money from customers and provide correct change
- process credit card and debit card transactions
- keep track of cash drawer and ensure it is balanced at end of shift
