Job Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to resolve issues in compliance with company standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced hospitality or restaurant environments
  • Ability to develop and coach team members

Job Duties

  • Develops servant leaders by putting people and restaurant first
  • Welcomes and trains new team members
  • Leads motivating team huddles
  • Ensures ongoing training and development for team members
  • Builds capability of shift supervisors
  • Consistently recognizes and celebrates team success
  • Creates memorable guest service experiences
  • Coaches service basics and provides feedback
  • Monitors speed of service and guest expectations
  • Maintains restaurant cleanliness and product quality
  • Partners with General Manager to improve guest metrics
  • Maintains financial goals and quality standards
  • Reviews sales and scheduling to achieve QSC standards
  • Ensures accuracy in daily numbers and cash handling
  • Manages inventory efficiency and cost controls
  • Oversees scheduling and onboarding of new team members
  • Implements action plans for employee and operational needs
