Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to resolve issues in compliance with company standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Develops servant leaders by putting people and restaurant first
- Welcomes and trains new team members
- Leads motivating team huddles
- Ensures ongoing training and development for team members
- Builds capability of shift supervisors
- Consistently recognizes and celebrates team success
- Creates memorable guest service experiences
- Coaches service basics and provides feedback
- Monitors speed of service and guest expectations
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness and product quality
- Partners with General Manager to improve guest metrics
- Maintains financial goals and quality standards
- Reviews sales and scheduling to achieve QSC standards
- Ensures accuracy in daily numbers and cash handling
- Manages inventory efficiency and cost controls
- Oversees scheduling and onboarding of new team members
- Implements action plans for employee and operational needs
