- Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience
- fryer experience preferred
- a proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- knowledge of both food and labor cost controls
- techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
- excellent customer service standards
- valid driver’s license and vehicle

Job Duties
- Managing day to day operations including profit loss control by following cash control and security procedures
- maintaining inventory
- managing labor
- reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions
- planning and ensuring professional growth and development of management team and crew members
- collaborating with general manager to meet and exceed store goals
- maintaining an exceptional level of customer service
- ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- completing regular safety, cleaning, and operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections
