  • fryer experience preferred
  • a proven track record of increasing sales and profitability

  • must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • knowledge of both food and labor cost controls
  • techniques in strategic planning and driving sales

  • ability to work a flexible schedule especially nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Managing day to day operations including profit loss control by following cash control and security procedures
  • maintaining inventory
  • managing labor
  • reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions
  • planning and ensuring professional growth and development of management team and crew members
  • collaborating with general manager to meet and exceed store goals
  • maintaining an exceptional level of customer service
  • ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • completing regular safety, cleaning, and operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections
