Job Requirements
- At least six months of consecutive experience at Popeye's or one year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in applicable states
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- May require ability to speak another language based on restaurant location
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guest orders, operate cash register, and read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of consecutive experience at Popeye's and 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotes
- Or one year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in applicable states
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Integrity and ethical behavior
- Basic computer knowledge and related software applications
Job Duties
- Train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure quality food preparation and compliance with Popeye's standards
- Execute 20/20 guest expectations to meet brand requirements
- Monitor and maintain restaurant systems, procedures, and standards
- Support team members with coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
