Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in applicable states
- Experience of 6 consecutive months at Popeye's with full workstation certification or 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to work well with diverse groups
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to stand and walk 90-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders and operate cash register
- Basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months consecutive Popeye's experience with 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotions
- Or minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification in applicable states
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Self-starter with initiative
- Basic knowledge of personal computers and software
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
