Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to stand and walk 85 to 95 percent of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and a computer
- Must comply with all state and federal labor laws
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external recruits

- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in basic math concepts
- Good organization and planning abilities

Job Duties
- Manage overall daily operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant staff
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure thorough employee training
- Ensure excellent internal service and motivate employees
- Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Deliver outstanding guest service and food quality
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
- Utilize management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Implement action plans for improving sales, profits, and guest experience
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to employees
- Ensure proper execution of the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial results
- Promote a positive, fun, and safe work environment
- Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and customer service
