Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Proficient knowledge of computers and related software
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math concepts
- Proficient in personal computers and software applications
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate development and talent
- Implement and enforce training systems for employees
- Manage daily operations to maintain excellent guest service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly
- Analyze financial and operational reports to improve restaurant performance
- Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image of the restaurant
