Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive motor vehicle
- Must be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promote
- Ability to perform basic math
- Demonstrated integrity
- Must be willing to travel to other restaurant locations as required
- Must complete all required training
- Ability to handle stress and manage conflict effectively
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- ServSafe certification required
- Must complete Restaurant Manager training
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to use computer software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated leadership and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and implement employee training
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence
- Deliver exceptional guest service and food quality
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally
- Analyze operational and financial performance to improve sales and profitability
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- Use discretion and independent judgment on business matters
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment
- Develop internal candidates for advancement
- Manage costs and adhere to budget
- Execute the Service Profit Chain effectively
