Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to operate a computer and related software
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of the shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications

- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be 18 years or older
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Proficient in English communication
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to operate a computer and use related software
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure employee training systems are implemented
- Develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence in performance
- Provide exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and brand image
- Analyze operational and financial performance data and implement improvement plans
- Monitor costs and adhere to budget goals
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
