Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to operate a computer and related software
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of the shift
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to operate a computer and use related software
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure employee training systems are implemented
  • Develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence in performance
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and brand image
  • Analyze operational and financial performance data and implement improvement plans
  • Monitor costs and adhere to budget goals
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
