Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • relevant management experience as specified
  • 100% certification in all workstations
  • completion of Restaurant Manager training
  • ServSafe certification
  • minimum age of 18
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • proficient in English communication
  • strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • willingness to travel and make bank deposits
  • adherence to ethical standards

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum of 1 year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
  • or minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • must be 100% certified in all workstations
  • must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
  • must be ServSafe certified
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • self-starter with initiative
  • proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software
  • valid driver's license and insurance
  • ability to make bank deposits and travel as required

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
  • implement and adhere to training systems for employees
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader roles
  • ensure all facets of the Service Profit Chain are executed
  • create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
