  • high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • at least 18 years old
  • minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
  • minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
  • 100% certification in all workstations
  • completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to perform basic math
  • proven analytical skills
  • good organization and planning skills
  • self-starter who takes initiative
  • proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • use personal vehicle for bank deposits and travel to other business locations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
  • monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
  • ensures systems for training employees on workstations are implemented and adhered to
  • identifies and develops internal candidates for management and Team Leader roles
  • works with management team to execute Service Profit Chain
  • creates an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment
  • motivates and inspires employees
  • treats all employees with respect and dignity
  • regularly recognizes and rewards employees
  • complies with state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • manages daily activities to achieve operational excellence
