Job Requirements
- high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- at least 18 years old
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
- minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- 100% certification in all workstations
- completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- self-starter who takes initiative
- proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- use personal vehicle for bank deposits and travel to other business locations
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- ability to operate a computer keyboard
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- ensures systems for training employees on workstations are implemented and adhered to
- identifies and develops internal candidates for management and Team Leader roles
- works with management team to execute Service Profit Chain
- creates an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment
- motivates and inspires employees
- treats all employees with respect and dignity
- regularly recognizes and rewards employees
- complies with state and federal labor laws and regulations
- manages daily activities to achieve operational excellence
- ensures proper training and accountability for guest service and food quality
- reviews and modifies practices to improve guest experience
- maintains visibility and interaction with guests

- maintains brand image of cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
- serves as a role model for guest service
