Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and around nature
- must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii liquor commission card
- verify IDs when vending and serving alcohol
- comfortable cash handling
- will work around water
- excellent hospitality skills
- ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced environment
- excellent memorization skills
- speed, accuracy, and efficiency required
- ability to work well under pressure
- demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations
- self-directed and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- willing to follow instructions and take direction
- flexible and adaptable
- supportive of other cast working on your team
- able to complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality
- strong verbal communication skills
- understanding of the pivot system - a seating and order-taking method
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- support the guest experience by assisting the poolside server
- deliver food and beverage to guests
- assist in bussing tables and cleaning up
- anticipate and respond to guests’ needs
- engage with guests by initiating and holding conversations
- work in high guest service environment
- maintain speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure
