Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- previous bartending experience preferred
- ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak summer hours
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- TIPS certification preferred

- ability to work outside for entire shift in all weather conditions
- self-motivated and ability to work with a team or individually
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- provide friendly, attentive service in a poolside setting
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- process member charges accurately
- restock and monitor inventory as needed
- take food orders, input into POS accurately, run food, take tables if needed
- setup/breakdown bar and prep fruit
- build great relationships and rapport with the membership and their families
