Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds
- possession of Food Handlers Card
- possession of Alcohol Awareness Card
- possession of Non-Gaming Card
- willing to follow uniform and appearance policies
- ability to accept and act on performance feedback professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- knowledge of menu items including mixing and serving beverages
- familiarity with standard beverage recipes and preparation methods
- understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- proficiency in computers and Point of Sale systems
- excellent customer service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- ability to relate well with diverse guests and team members
Job Duties
- Cleans bar and equipment
- replenishes bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, paper products, fruit, ice, and glasses
- assists bartender in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- stocks refrigerating units with bottled beer, water, and other beverages
- replaces empty beer kegs with full ones
- slices and pits fruit used for drink garnishes
- washes and polishes glasses, bar, and equipment
- cleans bar floor and surrounding area
- removes empty bottles and trash
- mixes and prepares flavors for mixed drinks
- provides beverage service as needed
- requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned and serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with service guidelines
- adheres to uniform and appearance policies
- communicates and interacts professionally with guests and team members
- maintains open communication with supervisors regarding guest services
- maintains a positive and professional demeanor
- accepts performance feedback professionally
- performs other duties as assigned
