Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience in food and beverage or hospitality
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to work in outdoor environments
- capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- commitment to safety and guest service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience
- proficiency in the English language
- able to stand and walk up to 8 hours or more
- able to work outdoors in the sun and warm temperatures
- able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner
- fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements
- anticipate guest needs
- respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- maintain the pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
- ensure safety procedures are followed and notify security of any accident or injury
- monitor all pool and jacuzzi activity watching for the welfare and safety of all guests
- enforce rules and regulations with guests
- assist guests and residents in seating, offering towels, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service
