Job Duties

- Maintain extensive outlet menu, wine and spirits knowledge
- Perform food service and extensive beverage preparation
- Entertain guests with flair bartending and engaging presentation skills
- Ensure proper health standards and a safe environment are maintained
- Work across assigned outlets including bar, lounge, gaming and dining areas
- Maintain proper portion control and adhere to service and safety standards
