Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Must have flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of wine and beverage in an upscale environment preferred
- Must demonstrate leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to train, schedule and assist with payroll

Job Duties
- Supervise food and beverage operations including restaurant, lounge, room service, and pool service
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Assist F&B management with training and development of team members
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service
- Assist with payroll and scheduling
