Job Requirements
- Must be available on weekends
- Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly
- Availability to work between 10 AM and 7 PM during pool season
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn and follow club policies
- Ability to perform food preparation and operate POS systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- Basic understanding of point of sale (POS) systems is helpful
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable and reliable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Serve members at the Pool Snack Bar with friendly and efficient service
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately
- Assist with food preparation and grilling tasks when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards
- Support team members as required to ensure smooth operations
