The role of a Pool Bar Attendant at MPCC is vital to maintaining the high standards of food and beverage service that members and guests expect. Job Requirements

  • Understand how to operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders correctly and expediently
  • memorize menu items and maintain current menu knowledge for both food and beverage
  • deliver food and beverages to our members/guest at tables, poolside, and at our baby pool area
  • maintain the snack display, ensuring it remains neat and fully stocked
  • maintain general cleanliness of the snack bar, service station, and pool deck areas
  • perform all team checklists for set-up, clean-up, and closing duties
  • work birthday parties and club events in pool setting

Job Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must have a positive, upbeat, friendly attitude and enjoy providing exceptional service
  • frequently lift and carry up to 25lbs
  • occasionally lift and carry up to 35lbs
  • remain on feet, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
  • able to work outside for prolonged periods of time
