Job Requirements
- High school degree preferred
- 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience
- Ability to work outdoors for continuous periods of time as well as walk for 8 to 10 hours per day

Job Duties
- Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed
- Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
- Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels
- Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
- Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service
- Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment
- Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
